We are the 2 photographer team behind Rowell Photography, destination wedding photographers located in Barrie, ON. Halfway between Toronto and Muskoka.
Rowell Photography was established in 2005. We have been lucky enough to work all over Canada, the Caribbean and Europe photographing couples in love.
But no matter where we are and who we are photographing, what we love about weddings never changes. What we love most about shooting weddings and engagements is watching each couples love story unfold right before our eyes, its like we are watching them fall in love for the first time. We enjoy the challenge of creating something new and fresh for each couple we meet. Plus weddings are a blast!
We truly love what we do, and hope that our images portray the passion we have for photography, weddings and story telling.

From the moment we first made contact with Rowell Photography we knew we’d made the right choice. From the initial planning emails and throughout our “pre-engagement” shoot, Erika and Ryan made us feel comfortable, relaxed and alleviated any apprehension or nervousness we had. By the end of the shoot, we had not only gotten so many different poses, but we were thoroughly enjoying the experience. The resulting photos were gorgeous and made us feel beautiful and special. Each shot was uniquely us and didn’t feel like any photos we’d ever seen before.
