It is hard for me to remember a time in my life when I was not behind the lens of a camera. The few moments in my life that I was not looking through a viewfinder, I was still picturing the world silent and still, waiting for the shutter to be released. With one click a moment has been stopped in time. A memory is caught to be savored and looked upon for all your years to come and even thereafter.

I have a strong passion for what I do. To some, getting behind the camera is a job, but to me it is a who I am. Photography is not only fun and pleasurable but brings a side of me alive like no other. All the emotions that I feel and see flow into the photographs I take. I don’t just shoot a picture, I capture a feeling, an emotion, a fleeting moment in our everyday lives. With one quick release of a small black button, a small piece of the soul has been preserved forever more.

I consider my photography style photojournalistic. I take traditional posed photographs, but I push past the “cookie cutter” photos and work hard to produce the artistic and unique images that you will be proud of for years to come. I shoot for the emotional, fun, raw , unobtrusive view that I see through a small glass window. I strive to produce work that will allow you to fully feel the moment I captured and placed on a 4×6 glossy piece of paper.

My true passion is to photograph moments in our lives that have deep meaning… Engagements, Weddings, Maternity, Infants, Children and Families and all the celebrations that happen in between. As someone once said, “Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take but by the MOMENTS that take our breath away.” Allow me to be there to capture those breathtaking moments…FOREVER IN A FLASH!
